Get a free “smart” controller for your sprinklers
For a limited time, Southern Californians can trade their existing automatic sprinkler controllers for a new weather-based sprinkler controller (worth $400) through a unique exchange program designed to introduce state-of-the-art irrigation technology for the home.
These types of controllers feature technology similar to that used by golf courses, parks departments and other large landscapers to water plants efficiently. They automatically adjust irrigation schedules in response to changing weather conditions, and many of them monitor information such as rain, wind, temperature, humidity, soil moisture, the amount of time it takes for water to evaporate and plant type to calculate the amount of water needed to keep plants healthy.
It’s easy to participate.
