Water Savings Incentive Program

Reducing a property’s water consumption has always made good economic sense in Southern California. The urgency to lower water usage will increase as our drought emergency continues to inform the uncertainty of future water sources.

Every property is unique, and the Water Savings Incentive Program provides customized incentives that are tailored to your project needs. This program pays $0.60 per 1,000 gallons saved annually, adding up quickly to improve return on investment.

Commercial, industrial, institutional, agricultural and large landscape customers located within the Metropolitan Water District service area can take advantage of this generous financial incentive and help stretch the region’s limited water supplies.

Become leaders of Southern California's water conservation movement while readily increasing operational excellence and net profit income.
